Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of resale goods, certain items may be final sale. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
